EXXXOTICA Miami Beach Supports ASACP

LOS ANGELES — EXXXOTICA Miami Beach attendees will now have the opportunity to learn more about the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) and its continuing work on behalf of children and the online adult industry, thanks to the efforts of the event's organizers.

Presented by HotMovies.com at the Miami Beach Convention Center, EXXXOTICA is the largest adult-themed consumer show on the East Coast, with an expected 20,000 attendees at this year's event, which will run from April 18-20.

The show will feature personal appearances by adult entertainment stars, exhibits of adult products and services, live entertainment stage, educational seminar series and the inaugural Amateur Adult Film Awards.

"Although ASACP was unable to send a representative to the event, we are grateful that event organizers have made sure information on ASACP will be provided to attendees," ASACP CEO Joan Irvine said. "This really helps our efforts to educate people about ASACP and the industry's efforts to protect children."

"We're just really happy to support such an obviously important cause," EXXXOTICA Miami Beach director J. Handy said. "We recognize that groups like ASACP are essential in protecting the welfare of children, and we're happy to support their cause."

Founded in 1996, ASACP is a nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating child pornography from the Internet. ASACP battles child pornography through its CP reporting hotline, and by organizing the efforts of the online adult industry to combat the crime of child sexual abuse. ASACP also works to help parents to prevent children from viewing age-inappropriate material online.
